One of worst service he doing and always more typo in passport appointment form like address/name spelling/DOB/Place/Police verification place. Just think once before reach him. His approaches is different before/After payment and at retried age why he is doing this work with lack of this awarnes. I had worst service feb last week 2026. and same fake response he is telling if we started to shout his miskate (Phone not working/ Phone fall down in water/phone data lost) same reason now im reading others feedback in google now. Think before reach him. Getting Passsport is not normal process in Tamilnadu. Passport verification officers showing face and not asking us to confirm your details in forms. they will the process what present in forms only. So we cant blam those officers, we should wake up from this kind of person.

Not a satisfactory experience, no proper response after payment. He made lot of mistakes on the application form (incorrect name spelling, incorrect old passport numbers) and says that's fine and asks me to go to passport office directly. I had to insist him to create another application and pay for it as well, for his mistake. I didn't feel professional dealing with this agency.

Like my brother to me, I call him my Anna. Was very kind and responsive. As per approached him, I really satisfied with his services. Will be approaching of sure with him for my future services as well. Anna my opinion, good heart, as well can rely on him. Very worst service. I personally wouldn't recommend this place because proper guidance was not given throughout the passport issue process. Mr. Srinivasan Raman never picked my calls after the appointment. Even the appointment was scheduled on his own without consulting me. Since I applied passport for my 1 yr old I need someone to come along with me for support. My husband was busy on the appointed schedule when I asked for rescheduling, he never responded and dodged all my calls, so I didn't have any choice I have to somehow pick my kid and manage. Actual appointment fees is 1500 for single adult but he charged me 2200 including GST which is very costly for this service because no support was provided from this place. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Just go with the Consultant. Srinivasan Sir, i have met him, but Such a sweet person, very calm & composed. He gave me clear guidelines & made the Singapore VISA come in just 3days of clean documents. Very meticulous, professional in his approach. So, be straight to him. Kumbam services avail the services eyes closed, Srinivasan Sir will take care of everything. His rates are also very competitive. I applied for 4 applications, Thank u Sir for all the support getting them all in record time. Regards
