Service is poor and slow to the core No efforts are taken by the authorities to serve customers quickly The hall is worst and for the rush people cannot sit properly as well I came at 10.55 and at 12.15 i was told to come at 1.00 pm for cash as they do not have cash after for another 30 to 40 min I have to literally explain the situation and still waiting hoping some respite will come at 2.20pm 25.10.25 12 noon Again long queue no respite Adding to this customers, whose turn (token) already passed as they were not in the premises when their number was called. This makes disciplined people wait more time

Unpleasant experience at this office. Staff seems disinterested, and they do not know of post office latest procedure. I asked for the transfer of SCSS senior citizen saving scheme account transfer form from postoffice to SBI for which they told it is not at all possible. Asking to close the post office account and goto bank. Not even interested to know from higher ups about the procedure. Simply saying NO. Worse than state govt depts. I would choose 0 star rating if available.

One of the worst and most pathetic services I've experienced. They never even attempted to call me for the delivery, despite the fact that I've been living at the same address for a long time. Instead, they falsely marked the package as "person not available" -- and I received that update nine hours later via SMS. When I personally visited the post office to check, they had no proper information. The excuse? "System not working." No one could confirm whether the parcel was returned or not. Meanwhile, the staff were just sitting around, talking on phones with their legs up on another chair -- zero accountability, zero effort. Private services like Bluedart are way better. This is exactly why people prefer private over public services -- because of such laziness, inefficiency, and zero customer responsibility in government-run services. If this attitude continues, no wonder more public systems are being privatized. These kinds of experiences are what hold the nation back.

Worst experience, sloppy job and the people in the counter are slow and the minimum waiting time is always more than an hour ,it would be good if the people in the counter can work fast.

Not able to book Speed post as the Server is not working for last one week. Does India Post Service provider not notice this? Pathetic condition of services. The person in the counter very cooly says it not working for the last one week. Higher officials please take care.

This post office serves a lot of people in the Nanganallur area. Most of the customers are aged pensioners and those who still trust post office as a safe place to invest their hard earned money. While no one expects anything called as customer care or friendly service from the post offices in India, this office tops the chart is rudeness and arrogance. In one of my visits I saw two very old people struggling to climb two floors to reach the office. No Ramp or Lift is available. There were two people at a counter submitting documents to a rude clerk who was asking them to wait or come back again. When the said they are old and have to go back to have their lunch to take medication, she said that she is also hungry and can't do it quicker for them.If post office and the postal savings want a future CHANGE NOW!!! I am sure no youngsters will ever invest with you. So take care of your old customers . You are having your job because they still believe in you.
