The staffs inside the consulate are Professional, they are so respectful and so punctual. Really happy with the way they addressed me and my concerns. They were really quick and also kind enough to provide assistance. Also there was a security named Bamdev who is from Nepal I believe, he was really kind, professional and really respect. He deserves some recognition for his duty. I wish the other securities were like him too, however the other securities were rude. Maybe they need to learn or put into a training, or maybe Bamdev should teach them how to treat a person when they ask for queries instead of shouting at people. A big thanks for all the staffs at the consulate and also a special thanks to Bamdev for the guidance. Just take note that you need to have a DD taken before you are allowed to go inside and also you may email them for any queries as they usually respond back within a day or two. Praise God. The consulate is very small and is managed by a very agitated man who screams at almost any person who walks through the doors. The said man acts like he is doing us a favour by giving us a visa when we clearly don't seem to need it. The other staff are more decent and considerate when it comes to dealing with people here. Hopefully we can see a chamge for the better!! Extremely disappointed by my visit here because all I could hear was basically the man screaming and taking up more of the time that we didn't have.

Terrible experience.... I made an inquiry through email regarding the visa requirements and came to the consulate with all the documents. Unfortunately the old man in the front desk mentioned by other respected reviewers showed his original face while processing my application. He asked for additional documents apart from the requirements mentioned and behaved rudely at some points. His initial impression was a bad one asking by " how will I do my work if you are looking at me ? ". I didn't ask him, "why can't you focus on your job whatever happens around you..." My visa application will be rejected if I tell him the same....Also he said your bank account should be healthy and I gave the statements of my account and he said your account should possess a healthy balance like 1 lakh or more...that he didn't tell earlier and third or second time he was telling that after sending me to Xerox shop 3-4 times.... pathetic experience and it was clear he was asking money indirectly... The government must take action to this kind of officers and teach some valuable lessons to other officials. Moreover I have to come again to collect my visa stamped passport on another day since there are no facilities to send it by post or other courier options.... All other visas come through this courier mode... I don't know why these people are behaving like this... The positive reviews are done by the staff or any other agents for sure...

The services are below average & no one responds to emails. My visa validity was reduced to 6 months without any valid reason. Apply from other places. Avoid this one.

The only problem creator in that consulate is the old man who sits in front desk, he doesn't have a common sense and he is extremely rude and terrible person. He was asking for bribe and suggesting everyone agents through his phone and had the mindset that he will reject application and ask people to come through agent , outside agents even confirmed that he eats up commision from them. I think government should take action against him and put someone who knows how to do job, rather than this people who are looking for bribe. Anyone who came individually for visa submission , was being treated very badly , he should be removed from this position , as he is a pure abuser and looks ways to harass people. Total disappointment

All the positive reviews must surely be fake because there is no way this consulate can have good experiences. The older man at the visa counter completely abuses his position asking for documents not included in the required documents list. He makes applicants feel inferior simply because he can. Totally disgusting service from this consulate when I feel that the country of Philippines is actually a great country to visit. Please change the staff, especially this person.
