I would like to share my experience at Ambattur RTO. It was a pleasant experience. First day I came to get my mobile number added to my RC , I had proper documentation and got the work done in 2 minutes exactly. Second day I came to submit my hypothecation termination, all happened in 10 minutes after verification. I would appreciate Mr. Kannan for his polite and quick response.. Great job.

I am Jagadeesh, I would like to sincerely thank the Regional Transport Offices of Thiruvanmiyur and Ambattur for providing such excellent service. The Thiruvanmiyur RTO digitized my expired license within a week at zero cost. Since my new address falls under the Ambattur RTO, I approached them for guidance. The officers at Ambattur kindly explained the online renewal process in detail. I completed the registration online with ease, as the portal is user-friendly and simple to understand. Today, I booked a morning slot at the Ambattur RTO, and to my surprise, my license renewal was completed in just 15 minutes. I even received the SMS confirmation instantly. I want to especially thank the Ambattur RTO team for their prompt and transparent service. In my career, this is the first government service I have experienced without any bribe or broker intervention. Kudos to the Transport Department for creating such an efficient and reliable online service portal.

Had a good and hassle free experience in getting my LLR here recently.though it was crowded the entire process just too me about 30 mins.just make sure you have your documents clear like your main application , your blood group certificate, and your adhaar and stuff and it shouldn't be a problem.

Little difficult to find this place because it is inside a marriage hall on first floor so hard to find

The system is agile with friendly staff except for one or two people at the backend who seem to have the old mindset. You will get the work done in a day if you have all the documents ready and applied online. The inspection was also clear and quick they didn't waste time. Good to see government offices in TN improving a lot and helping people when compared to other states which are still focused on bribes.
