I really love there customer service. They Handel everyone who is coming inside there office in a polite and responsible way. The ambiance is good. Parking is available there. But it's hard to park four wheeler. There is no waiting area here till they call your name. So, you should be standing out till they call your name.

First We need a appointment. Not much having a parking area. There Don't have a waiting place. It's having a 2 floor but pay and use AC rooms. It's take a long time process. Inside the organisation having print mechine so we don't worry about. Near there's ATM and bank. Still appointment time very strict so plan accordingly

Well Organised centre, you have the document verification done in ground floor & other things happen in second floor. The waiting area is maintained good in third floor. I got my passport renewed in 2days & delivered.

There is an AC waiting area on 2 floor of the same building , You can come here ahead of your appointment and wait to avoid last mins delay They charge 30 for 2 hours for an ac room with TV Neat and clean place to wait till your slot arrives Car parking will be a big issue since th road is narrow and there is absolutely no parking space provided , you can easily reachable via uber or ola or this place is close to tambaram bus stop If you reach by local train , you can take a ric to reach here , shouldn't be more than 40-50 for this trip from station

Well organized , structured process, strict appointment timing. Only problem is NO PARKING SPACE . so park in near by streets. You can use waiting hall maintained by third party by paying 20 rupee per hour.

Excellent service. We have visited this passport Eva Kendra for renewal as well as new passport. All we need to make sure is online form is filled correct. People here at this passport seva Kendra will guide you properly. But there was a small issue. If someone took off in C section, the final counter there would be considerable delay in the process. Else all good.

The don't allow you to accompany elders, pregnant ladies, or persons with disability as they want you to wait at paid waiting hall. They won't even let you in to handover documents. People with disability are made to walk around

Pros: Easy to access by bus or train. Very close to the main road. Has a waiting area. Allow people in promptly at the appointment time. Professional staff at the A counter. B and C are a bit slow and show traits of central govt employees. Cons: Absolutely no place to Park a car. Easier if u take public transport or a Cab. The road on which this place is located is usually not visible due to all the MTC buses parked. need to be attentive and turn into the road.
