A15 counter person is behaving rude with senior citizens. Senior citizens tend to be slow and no patience towards them. Not explaining things clearly and rushing them by pressuring to do things fast.

Many people may have some thing to grumble. But please note my views. 1. PARKING is a problem in almost all the Indian cities. It is a big pain area in Tambaram. 2. Service is very good took only half-day. 3. Waiting area is reasonably good. 4. AC was not effective but I was not sweating. 5. Coffee Day is available. Being a coffee I could add some caffeine to my body. At Rs 60 a large cup it was good to taste and passtime. What more you want? Not a bad experience... Comes atleast once in TEN YEARS OMLY No????? One more NEWS. For those who come from other places you have a paid toilet and place to relax for a while. Please check as I didn't have time to visit this place. It is in the second floor.

Long waiting time, never expected that I had to spend 3 and half hours for a minor child passport renewal . Appointment and slot allocations are just for name sake . They follow token system , that too Token numbers comes in random order . The entrance of the passport office is like old employment registration office , ppl standing in line like something that they are getting free, like rice bag and pongal kit.. The official should take necessary action to stream line the crowd handling . There is a infant and senior citizens counter but unfortunately no one respects that . No proper planning of organizing the process. Guys with TCS tags trying their best to support the waiting crowd . One should spend atleast spend half a day to finish the work . Don't expect a fast turnaround from the officers . COUNTER C is the slowest of all . Just 3 ppl handling the whole applications. Can't blame them but they can deploy extra counters.

Good Service. Each Section are very clear. Visit to the office on your reporting time only. Otherwise you need to wait outside. Parking is an issue as always

Better change the name to Reels office and attitude office every single person here watches reels in work hours ..and noone knows what manners or respect is.better dont apply for renewal here in this office

There is no place for waiting ..no chairs are available for elder people or those who come with candidate..very bad to wait on standing for 2 hrs at road side..action to be taken..not treating properly with dignity.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at the Tambaram Passport Seva Kendra during my visit on Last Thursday. I had visited the PSK for Police Clearance Certificate processing. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, as there were not enough staff present and the process was extremely slow. I had to wait for more than half a day with no proper updates or communication. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I kindly request that you consider deploying sufficient staff and streamlining operations to ensure timely and efficient service to applicants. I hope appropriate steps will be taken to improve the service quality.

Located in good area, Slot system to verify,every slot will be 15 Min , No waiting area. No proper parking area. You never worry based on your slot you can come 30-45 Min before and che the Q is which slot timing or security Will be there you can ask or tell your timing...
