Srirangam Post Office

Worst post office behaviour i observed today. A lady approached a counter 1 near the entrance. He literally shouted at her stating counter is closed, she was literally begging that she is going to work because of that can't able to make it on time. But that guy was still showing arrogance and did not allowed her to get the job done and showing like he is very busy. But moment she left the post office he went and started chit chatting with near by guys. Waiting there for my work more than 30 min i observed this behaviour. That counter person photo i took.. but don't want to upload here . If the behaviour continues I will upload his photo of him. You work for people don't show attitude. Be polite !!

Subject: Worst Aadhaar Service - Complete Mismanagement & Pathetic System This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced! I have traveled all the way from Australia just to get an Aadhaar card for my 1-year-old, and the way things are handled here is beyond pathetic. I have been running to the post office for over 10 days, and yet, there is no proper system in place! Today, I stood in line from 7:20 AM, only to be told when my turn came that I need to search for the token myself! What kind of ridiculous system is this? Are we fools sitting here for hours? If this is the treatment given to someone who has come from abroad for an important document, I can't even imagine the struggle of elderly and senior citizens who are forced to wait in these long, mismanaged queues. The staff's attitude is disgraceful, and the inefficiency of this service is beyond unacceptable. The government seriously needs to fix this broken system instead of making people suffer for something as basic as an Aadhaar card. This is nothing but pure harassment! I demand an immediate resolution and expect better service instead of this nonsense.

The Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple is a Hindu temple Ranganatha, Supreme god, Maha Vishnu, located in Srirangam Temple gopuram was a wonder to me. How can they build that temple gopuram it was mind blowing

For adhar update from morning 9am, they will start on the token basis, per day 50 tokens. Adhar update data entry staff behaviour is the worst response. One of the worst adhar updation centers in Srirangam, fate of citizens to waste time in these offices digital India only wasting our time

Services of Post office have changed to worst now.There is no politeness and proper guidance , people working here always yell at us . Especially a lady in AADHAR COUNTER is fit for nothing. She talks like a boss of Post office. Overall poor. In 2021 we have lost the charm of postal service which we have seen in our child hood days.

Excellent postal service. Systematic approach. Punctual and time bound. Bit bureaucratic. That's not an issue. Such rigid and rightful attitude to customers is required in the current social milieu. At times, privacy is not respected while delivering sensitive and personal postal / mail consignments. One's neighborhood gets to know what is happening! Jai Hind!

Approachable, nice and good hearted staff. Especially one Madam whom I approached in connection with the closure of my deceased husband's accounts qqs extremely helpful, approachable and kind.
