Passport office

It could possibly be one of the worst passport application centers in the state. We were given tome slot at 9:15AM, but the office gates were opened at 10:30AM. Extremely bad maintenance of the premises. To start with the employees there, how in the world did the employees qualify to become application verification officers is a big question. They all are extremely unethical, unprofessional, knowledge less, entitled, rude, unhelpful people. They are rude to the applicants and are unwilling to work even for 3-4 hours in a day. Government should launch an enquiry and probably close down this unprofessional application center and save the people some time and energy.

Very bad service.... Officers are not good and make us wait one one hour for lunch time its taking a whole day..... don't select this place for submission unprofessional work

This is one of the worst passport offices ever. The female working here is very arrogant, helpless and rude. She is not worth sitting in that position. The male who operates everything has zero handling skills. Both are unfit to stay there. The passport seva deserves better employees. They degrade other branches(locations in Hyderabad) while operating and insult people who walk-in to Vikarabad office. RIP both of you!

It's not passport office it's open two tables footpath office subject less staff like Data entry computer operators respect less reply no legal officer no help disk worst maintenance

I went for renewal, and the work was done clearly, of course seating arrangement is not there but related to work its done fine for me

The worst imaginable passport office I'm india, no time discipline, manners,ethics,hygiene,very dirty office and service . Only 2 people of work both very rude and mean, my application is. Pending since 3 weeks, don't know how they made this a passport office. Avoid it

The CSE will click your photograph, take fingerprints and will collect the applicable passport services fee (if not already paid online). Personal Particulars as in the system will be printed and given to you for verification and signature, this would be scanned and uploaded in the system.
