Vikas Nagar Post Office

Worst experience ever I have visited two days for five minutes of work. Whenever I go, they say the server is not responding. Sometimes the printer is not working. The entire process is extremely slow. Once again I visited it today and the result is still same. Too much slow process. Even the old age citizens are also standing in the lines but still nothing improvements. Always worst experience and specially for the senior citizens.

I had gone to get my son's Aadhar card made. The person who makes the Aadhar card there does not have any manners to talk to me at all.I don't know who employed him there, he started considering himself the owner of the post office.

Vikas Nagar post office now shifted to this place house number 7/689 from Sector 2. I can't say current location is good or old one. Service must remain good for customers. Post offices are providing new services to customers like banking, etc. Small, compact than previous location, 3 counters for customers, 2 remain crowded. 1 counter for PF, NSC, account, etc., work. 2nd counter for Speed post, shipping work. 3rd for extra work. An area adjacent for postman where they store and process posts for transit. 1 small room also next to entrance. Overall, not much crowded most days, but it may take upto 10min-1/2hr for your turn in queue. Service is good, but slow.

Very poor service. They did not delivered the consignment. On line status tracking is showing that "Item Returned Addressee cannot be located". Although almost every week, other delivery/courier services are delivering the items. Its only India-post, not able to locate or call. :(

Worst post office never post or recieve postman never delivers the parcel or post and puts incomplete address as an excuse.

Very bad experience, staff is also very rude,just because they r government employees they know nobody can do anything agents them. They r slow like kachua

Worst experience, employees are not helpfull at all. The man at the mail branch, his attitude and rudeness my god is the worst. I went to take my parcel because online it said my address was not locatable and i asked the mail brach person what should i do wait for the person responsible for my package or go. He said he don't know.
