Head Post Office, Noida

This is Noida head post office situated in Noida sector 19 Staffs are very very slow and unresponsive. Feels like after waiting for more than an hour to just do a speed post, No one cares after waiting for long Really pathetic service.

Very poor and unprofessional service at Sector 19 Noida Post Office. My parcel was never delivered to my address, despite repeated status updates claiming otherwise. The tracking information was continuously incorrect and misleading. The assigned delivery agent, Deepak Singh, never arrived at my location but still updated the delivery status falsely, which caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. Eventually, I was forced to visit the post office myself to collect the parcel. Upon receiving it, I was shocked to find that the package had been tampered with from the bottom, resealed using a different coloured tape, and items inside were missing/stolen. This clearly indicates mishandling and possible theft. This experience shows complete negligence, lack of accountability, and zero concern for customer trust. A postal service is expected to be reliable and secure--this post office failed on both counts. I strongly urge higher authorities to look into this matter and take strict action. I would not recommend this post office to anyone.

The Post office does not behave like head office employees are too slow and put the work half complete in between and gives excuses only. There is no such behavior with Senior Citizen also I saw there employees roughly talking with them. Cleanliness also Noth there unhygienic place.

Speed post ki postman without getting sign form receiver . Just through all important documents bank FD certificate books of religious nature ,which need proper careful delivery.

I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They could not even confirm whether the concerned staff member would be available the next day. Instead, they told me to keep visiting the post office daily to check for availability -- regardless of the fact that some customers travel 30-100 km just to get there. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for people's time and effort. Worst experience ever. Deserves the lowest rating possible.

They have marked my parcel delivered when it was not delivered yet. Need to get the no of that postman. No one picks up call as well.

It's an era of Technology ... Post is replaced by Email/Social Media ... Somehow Post and Telegraph Department is managing to survive ... Head Post Office of Noida is in Sector-19 ... 10 to 4 timings for public dealing ... But Better be prepared to get your job done till 1.30 pm ... You can get every possible thing from here related to post ... Or get your account or PPF activity done also ... At a distance of 2 kilometres from Rajnigandha Chowk ... There is a Post office ATM here too ...

Very bad experience.Rude .The guy answering my call just don't want to resolve my query and want to hang up as soon as possible.These type of person just don't deserve to in Indian gov services
