Post office

Within just two weeks, my documents were returned due to registration issues. The quality of this process is extremely disappointing. An incorrect address was mentioned, the mobile number was marked as unavailable, and there was clearly no genuine effort to deliver the documents. It appears that unless there is some allowance or incentive of 100-200 involved for delivery, the documents are simply delivered. This is an unacceptable and irresponsible way of working. At the very least, a call could have been made from your end so that someone could come and collect the documents. If the delivery staff was unable to locate the address or verify it via Google Maps, it raises serious concerns about their suitability for the role. Who selected such staff for postal delivery if they cannot perform basic verification? If a person is sending documents through post, their mobile number is available. You could easily contact the sender, obtain the correct details, or at least inform me so the issue could be resolved. Instead, the documents were returned without any communication. If there is a lack of basic sense of responsibility, then such work should be assigned to new or more capable staff rather than allowing people to sit on chairs, draw salaries, and deliver no value. I will be seeking a proper explanation for this matter, as this reflects a very poor and careless system that urgently needs correction.

Pathetic service they do not want to deliver at home and expect people to collect their parcel by going to post office. Above all everyday they will send false message delivery was attempted but door was locked or did not pick the call. These kind of people should be jobless and stay at home

The post office is small, but Mr Gireesh is an extremely helpful and courteous person. I had opened an MIS account, and he called me periodically and updated me on my cheque clearance and account opening. I did not expect such a friendly service. I hope the postal authorities reward him for his excellent service.

Typically a government org. with kiosk type building. Parking for 2 wheeler is beside the premises but not sure for 4 wheeler. There are two counters one for deposit/withdrawal(financial stuff) and another one is for sending letters (parcel,speed post). If you want to meet the postman then they are available inside the office ( they allow you to be inside the office to collect your parcels ). I went there for the cash withdrawal which was pretty quick. The main thing is that this post office is under staff so there can be some delayed in the postal services. Overall, my experience was great

It's been almost 4 months coming to this post office for shipping , staff are quite helpful specially shubham sir , sometime server seems down because india post portal has been upgraded,that's not staff fault I have seen down reviews for this post office , And m very very proud of India post they got upgraded with amazing new difference systems,(as I am regular customer since 2020 being online small business owner) 1.fast tracking 2.sms service for status 3.post office has been painted and cleaned 4.post office van looking amazing now 5.online customer service fast facilities 6.international fast service 7.many insurance providers 8.online booking (still in process) Totally proud of India post being Indian citizen

Worst Post office ever. They always use to play inside blame games between the employees. There is one female staff who always use to visit late and comes to post office and leaves to her home may be taking all the keys. I visited 3-4 times for Aadhar address update, buying postal tickets and revenue stamps, but they always made excuses that there's no tickets, no stamps, it's with madam ji and she left, the keys are with another employee who just left, etc etc. The post office is so dirty and mismanaged that you might get health issues standing there for sometime. Either get this branch closed or change the management. This is the reason why were loosing hopes over India Post now.

Very bad staff. Just sitting on chair and drinking tea, coffee. Just updating delivery issue by sitting on chair. No-one is attempting the delivery to door step. Ridiculous. In one word "nikkamme"

Visited this post office on 19th October 2023 at 10.30 am to buy registered envelope but found the same not available. Alternatively told to put 25INR Stamp on simple envelop but the officer on duty informed that even stamps are not available in the post office. First time in the 69 years come to know that stamps are out of stock even in the post office!! Who will take the responsibility? May be the same were available in the almirahs of POST MASTER who was not available on duty!!
