I will give 5 stars to CSC center because there is no work that cannot be done here, solution is available for all the work.No one is sent away sadly who is worried, that is, people get worried about how this work will be done but no one gives correct advice quickly, this is told to you immediately at CSC.

I recently visited a CSC (Common Service Centre) for updating my Aadhaar details, and my experience was quite disappointing due to overcharging. According to the UIDAI guidelines, the official fee for Aadhaar updation (whether demographic or biometric) is 50 for demographic update and 100 for biometric update, inclusive of GST. This information is clearly mentioned on the UIDAI website and should be followed strictly at all centres. However, the CSC operator demanded much higher charges than the prescribed fee. When I questioned the extra cost, no valid receipt or justification was provided. This kind of overcharging is unfair to citizens, especially in rural and semi-urban areas where people rely heavily on CSCs for such services.
