Halisahar Post Office

They are the reason, Govt got excuse to close down different services once provided thg PO. Staffs mainly in house staffs are extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, rude, substandard and horribly lazy. *I found only the post-personals who deliver the documents and article door to door from this PO are efficiency only. * Postmaster usually try to find keys on keyboard to write something on computer. "Link" is always down here. Their behaviour will discourage you to use their service for speedpost & others. Its a living worthlessness, the salaried paid to the saffs are severe misuse of public money... Amenities: what are they? Nothing at al, even fans refuses occassionally to revolve. Agents, sitting at "barandha" are more capable of doing post office job here, they actually render better service to public than the staffs itselves. Parking: at your own risk at busyiest road-side.... All the unused kachha area are full of debris and weeds... Horrible or true Givt place where staffs earn more but render service less

No staf management.....only 1 person working in office our...other in pise mode. Avabe 20 min I am wating for withdrawal.

Very unprofessional behavior by the staff. I went for a speed post and the post office closes at 4pm. I reached there around 2.30 p.m but the staff said they won't do that now though they were just gossiping with each other. I wish i can complain to the higher authority.

Very very poor service. Post Master is the most lazy person ever I saw.
