Akshaya E-Centre

Very courteous and fast service. They ensure that everyone is attended even though there's too much crowd. I would suggest this place for documentation. No four wheeler parking as it's a small road. Accessible from highway as it's just 300mtrs

This Akshaya E centre at Koonamthai Unichira near Edappally toll charges 60% more service charge than other Akshaya centres. For payments upto Rs.1000, other Akshaya centres charge Rs.30 as service charge. But this centre near Edappally toll charged me Rs.50. and did not even give me a receipt for the payment of service charges. The total payment I made was only between Rs.500 and Rs.1000. For this much amount, other Akshaya centres charge Rs.30 ( I enquired ), but these people charged me Rs.50. I tried to call them many times to enquire about this huge difference but they wouldn't answer the call. I am very disappointed. Better don't go there.

I had visited this place to get the designation corrected on our ration card and they did the job very well. They had asked us to call them after a week in order to follow it up to know when it would be processed and they were prompt in clarifying our matter over the phone. I would say it's a well managed place and it's not my first time. I come here at least once a year to pay our building and land tax due to the convenience of getting the print out of the receipt.

This is one of the best akshaya e kendra I have ever come across with. It is located in Kattayil road , pottakuzy, Kaloor. They offer every services right from passport to driving license to aadhar, pan, voter ID and almost everything. Very helpful and courteous staff. The complex also houses a homeo clinic and dispensary too. There is a place for refreshment.. Photo copying facility is also available.. Only disadvantage I found was lack of parking facility. But as the road infront of the complex is broader than the usual width, that is manageable.. Please go through photos posted to know about facilities available..

I personally recommend this Akshaya centre, you need some patience to get the job done if you have necessary documents, Staff is polite and they are working well, parking is difficult, you have to park ur vehicle street itself no other options.

The location is 200 meters from NH. If you are fortunate, you may find someplace on this side road (AKG Road) to park your car. I could park multiple times when I visited. Overall good service. They are rigorous with the rules- you can take it positively or negatively. They explain everything in detail and will properly guide you. They follow a strict queue for Aadhar enrollment kind of services. Picture of the side road, you can see below.
