The building management here is predatory. I was with my baby and was 20 mins late. Despite being a customer at KFC, the building manager harassed me and yelled, 'We will not give your money' when I asked for my 200 deposit back. They refuse digital payments and provide no receipts. It is an illegal parking racket and they have zero respect for parents or customers.

Went on November 4th 2025 for a biometric appointment. Scammed me into paying their premium fee saying that I made error in the DOB section. Would not let me take a picture and send it to my agency. I have contacted them through email, no phone number is available to reach them. I don't think I will get the money back. Please be careful when you go for an appointment. Their premium service is not worth shit and if they tell you that you made a mistake in the appointment always double check and don't give in to their blackmail. Also ask for a supervisor.

There seems to be a clear scam happening here by some of the VFS Global staff. If your appointment is around 11 AM, they don't allow you to wait inside the compound. This appears to be a tactic to push people into using their Premium Lounge at an additional cost of 3500 per person. This is completely unfair and exploitative, especially for those who have already booked regular appointments in good faith

Others are asked to wait outside the building and are allowed inside 5 minutes earlier only
