Dear SAP Travel Consultants, I take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent service your team provided to us during our recently ended 5 days Thailand tour. The overall experience was smooth, well-planned and memorable. From planning to execution everything went perfectly. Constant communication and coordination is commendable although there was slight delay in responding to few queries which is negligible whilst enjoying the wonderful service. The hotels you chose were excellent though the breakfast provided by Royal Banja was not up to the mark of a four star Hotel. We didn't have any discomfort at all with the drivers in terms of language barrier. One of them spoke excellent English whist the others used their body languages and translation apps to communicate hence it was totally hassle free. They were very polite, cooperative, caring and punctual. The destinations you selected were wonderful. Overall it was really value for money as the price you offered was very much reasonable and competitive compared to all other offers I received. A very special thanks to Alice, Priya and Raghuraj and the team in Thailand. I will indeed recommend SAP to my friends and well wishers for their travel plans whilst hoping I would also personally have association with you in the future as well. _Suggestion:- It would be appreciated if you could inform and advice the customer in advance with the culture, cuisine and common areas to visit such as malls, streets, pilgrim places, wild life parks etc etc though these are available on our finger tips._

My Thailand Travel Experience - Country No. 27 Hello friends! I'm Godly Varughese, 70 years young, from Palarivattom, Ernakulam. On 12th September 2025, I set off on an unforgettable journey to Thailand - the 27th country I've been blessed to visit. This trip was organized by SAP VISA SERVICES and booked through my dear Alice. Their service was excellent--patient, polite, and always ready with answers to our endless questions. We were a group of 25 travellers, the youngest being 13 and the oldest 80. Our team manager, Justin, was soft-spoken, patient, and extremely caring. Our Thai guide, Nandana, was just as wonderful--clear with her instructions, cheerful, and always helpful. First Impressions of Thailand Thailand was beyond our expectations. The weather reminded me of Kerala--light rains, a little humidity, but very pleasant. What struck me most was how clean and peaceful everything was. We hardly saw a single policeman, yet the country felt safe everywhere we went. We stayed two nights in Pattaya and two nights in Bangkok, both in excellent hotels. The food was delicious, with three hearty meals every day (though I did miss my 4 o'clock coffee!). The cruise dinner in Bangkok was the highlight--absolutely magical. Our days were packed, often 12 hours long, but even the senior citizens in our group managed comfortably. * Pattaya: A lively beach city with just 1 lakh people, full of energy and fun. * Bangkok: A massive city with 1.7 crore people, buzzing with traffic jams, but rich with culture and life. Memorable Experiences * Thai Massage: Unlike Ayurvedic massages with oil, Thai massage focuses on pressure points from head to toe. We tried a 1-hour session, but I highly recommend 2 hours--it's deeply relaxing. * Cultural & Animal Shows: We enjoyed traditional Thai performances and exciting animal shows--elephants, dolphins, sea lions, and monkeys. * Adventure Sports: The thrill of paragliding and walking on the sea bed 5 meters underwater is something I'll never forget! Travel Tips for Thailand * Keep some Thai Baht handy: o 600 Baht for a professional Thai massage (avoid random offers on the street). o 2500 Baht for adventure activities like paragliding and sea walk. * Shopping is a treat: T-shirts, shorts, leather bags, belts, and shoes are affordable and good quality. * Exchange rate: 1 Baht 3. Some shops accept 500 or $100, but change is given in Baht. Final Thoughts Thailand truly is a traveller's paradise--clean, safe, affordable, and welcoming. With great food, kind people, and unforgettable experiences, this has been one of my most enjoyable trips so far. "At 70, travel still teaches me to stay curious, active, and grateful."

Thanks you Priya Nair , You gave me better service than I expected. I applied for a visa on Thursday, got mail for start processing on Monday, and we got mail from VFS dispatch passport on Wednesday. We got the visa without expecting anything. Everything done 3 or 4 days . No agency agreed, saying our visa was only valid for six months. But when I called him she become give more confidence to apply visa . They will help arrange all required documents and assistance with all time of stage . I will recommend for my friends.
