From the minute you enter into the building and as you go through the entire process, it's feels chaotic in there - not by choice or by intention but because it is not designed to work as a well oiled system. Staff seems overwhelmed- either by crowd or by the systems they are using! They are good people doing their job as well as one can, in the situation. Talked to the person at the reception and he explained me the entire process. Thankful to him for the support
